Steve Garza
President and Chairman
A Texas native with a strong foundation in business and finance, Steve brings decades of executive leadership and industry experience to Impression Homes. A graduate of Boston University’s School of Business, he has built a distinguished career spanning more than 30 years in finance, accounting, operations, and senior management across multiple industries, including homebuilding and real estate.
Steve has been involved with Impression Homes since its inception and joined the executive leadership team in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he helped guide the company’s financial strategy, operational discipline, and long-term growth. His extensive experience in homebuilding and real estate, combined with a deep understanding of financial systems and risk management, has made him a trusted leader within the organization.
In 2024, Steve was named President of Impression Homes, where he continues to drive the company’s vision forward while overseeing financial operations, risk management, and internal controls. His leadership is defined by strategic insight, collaboration, stability, and a commitment to sustainable growth.
Outside of his professional achievements, Steve values family and maintaining a strong balance between work and personal life.

Matt Helm
Chief Financial Officer
Matt joined the Impression Homes team in July 2024, bringing more than three decades of experience in finance, accounting, and executive leadership. Throughout his career, he has served in multiple Chief Financial Officer roles across the hospitality and service sectors.
As Chief Financial Officer at Impression Homes, Matt oversees the company’s financial operations and supports the company’s long-term growth and expansion initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Matt is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Tony Cardone
Vice President of Purchasing
Tony brings over two decades of homebuilding experience, having built his career leading teams for both national and regional builders. His background in acquisition and procurement, combined with a broad understanding of construction operations, positions him as a strategic leader in the field.
As Vice President of Purchasing at Impression Homes, Tony is dedicated to building quality homes with efficiency and affordability in mind, ensuring lasting value for every homeowner.

Andrew Estilow
Vice President of Construction
Andrew has built his career in the Dallas–Fort Worth homebuilding industry, serving in leadership roles across construction operations and field management. He is recognized for developing operational processes and training programs that strengthen construction quality, consistency, and efficiency.
As Vice President of Construction at Impression Homes, Andrew oversees all field operations, ensuring each home meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. His leadership is rooted in a passion for fostering strong teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering lasting value to homeowners.

Peter Lai
Vice President of Real Estate
Peter joined the Impression Homes team in the summer of 2023, bringing more than two decades of experience in real estate acquisition, development, engineering, and construction management. Having served in key leadership roles across established organizations, he is recognized for his ability to build alignment across stakeholders and lead teams toward shared goals.
As Vice President of Real Estate, Peter leads Impression’s land acquisition and development initiatives. He is also a licensed civil engineer in the state of Texas.

Holly Arestides
Vice President of Operations
Holly brings more than 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry and has played a pivotal role in shaping Impression Homes since its inception. As the company’s first employee, she has been instrumental in its growth since 2009, contributing to the foundation, culture, and operational strength that continue to define the company today.
As Vice President of Operations, Holly plays a critical role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently while helping teams meet both internal goals and external customer expectations. Known for her hands-on leadership style and operational expertise, Holly is deeply engaged in the business and committed to driving operational excellence and delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Bruce Heikkinen

Bruce founded Impression Homes in 2009, building the company on a foundation of integrity and honesty, core values that continue to define the organization and guide its success today. He remains actively involved in shaping the company’s strategic vision as a member of the Board of Directors and trusted advisor.
With a distinguished career spanning decades in the homebuilding industry, Bruce has held executive leadership roles, including Division President, with some of the top homebuilders in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. His depth of experience and industry insight helped establish Impression Homes as a respected leader in homebuilding.
Bruce’s leadership and disciplined approach to growth have been instrumental in the company’s continued success. Today, he remains focused on identifying future development opportunities and advancing sustainable building practices that create long-term value for homeowners and the communities they serve.
