Emergency Contractors
Dealing with a plumbing, electrical, or HVAC emergency? Contact the appropriate contractor directly for the fastest response, as service can often be scheduled more quickly than through the warranty portal.
Contractor assignments may vary by city. For the most accurate information, refer to the reminder sticker located inside one of your kitchen cabinets, which identifies the contractors assigned to your specific home.

Buying a new home is one of the biggest decisions your family will make and a strong warranty program is one of the clearest signs that a builder stands behind their work.
A comprehensive builder’s warranty protects you in three key ways:
- Peace of mind after move-in. You shouldn’t have to worry about unexpected repair costs in the early years of owning your home. A warranty covers the workmanship, systems, and structural elements so you can focus on settling in and making memories.
- Protection for your investment. Your home is likely one of the largest purchases you will make. Warranty coverage helps safeguard that investment against defects that could otherwise cost thousands to repair out of pocket.
- Confidence in the builder. A builder willing to back their homes with a long-term warranty is a builder confident in how those homes are built. It’s a promise that the quality you see at walkthrough is the quality that lasts.
At Impression Homes, our warranty program is designed to give you that confidence from day one and for years to come.
Your new Impression Home is backed by a 1-2-10 limited warranty program.
Impression Homes offers a 1-2-10 limited warranty program, which includes one year of general warranty coverage, two years of major mechanical systems coverage, and a ten-year third-party structural warranty. Specific warranty terms and coverage details are determined by your home’s closing date and are provided in full at the time of closing.
