How Our Process Works

After signing your purchase agreement, our team will schedule your Design Studio appointment and provide information to help you prepare for the design experience and selections ahead.

Your Design Appointments
You’ll meet with a design specialist in our showroom for a focused session, typically lasting a few hours, where you’ll review available packages, materials, and upgrade options and finalize your selections.

Finalizing Your Selections
Once your selections are finalized, your choices are incorporated into your home plans, allowing construction to move forward with the details that bring your vision to life.

Your design appointment takes place in one of our Impression Homes Design Studio locations, where you can explore materials and selections in person.
